You asked for it, so we are bringing a Monthly Restorative Yoga class to our regular schedule! Step out of the cycle of stress and make space for healing. Restorative Yoga encourages physical relaxation through a series of floor poses that support the body using bolsters, blankets, and other props. Come experience this practice with Stacy Tipton, as we layer in breathing and meditation techniques to gently balance the energy in the body. Appropriate for all levels. These classes will be 60-minutes and are included in the Monthly Unlimited Pass and 10-Class and 5-Class Passes. If you are new to Sundog Yoga Studios, a drop-in class is $15.

Yoga for Chronic Pain with Chair Support

Yoga is a mind-body practice, which places as much emphasis on mental training as on physical training. There is compelling evidence that shows that the practice of yoga, meditation, and breathing techniques can counteract the brain anatomy affects of chronic pain. Practicing the stretching and strengthening movements with the support of a chair can make yoga accessible for those with mobility or balance issues.


Please join Kay Ward in February for Yoga for Chronic Pain with Chair Support.  These classes will be 60-minutes and are included in the Monthly Unlimited Pass and 10-Class and 5-Class Passes. If you are new to Sundog Yoga Studios, a drop-in class is $15.


 **PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THESE CLASSES.** We want to ensure that we have adequate props and that we are able to provide the customized attention that you deserve, so we will be capping the attendance to 10 students for each class. Gut Wellness


Together with the 25 years of education and experience in Integrative Medicine and reference to The Gut Wellness Guide by Allison Post, Dr. Pauline Quimson-Miller will discuss common disorders of the gut, the impact of gut microbiota and microbiome imbalances on digestion, and offer proven techniques to help us reconnect with our bodies and reclaim our health. Also included in the class is a questionnaire, a complimentary mini consultation, and personalized homework. 


Beginning in February, Dr. Pauline Quimson-Miller will offer a monthly class to introduce various therapies, such as, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Acupressure, Reflexology, Ortho-Bionomy, Gut Wellness, Hypnotherapy for Smoking Cessation and Weight loss, and more. You can expect a different topic each month and simple, daily tips for a self-help practice so that you can learn to restore harmony and balance in your own life. Appropriate for all levels. These classes will be 60-minutes and are included in the Monthly Unlimited Pass and 10-Class and 5-Class Passes. If you are new to Sundog Yoga Studios, a drop-in class is $15.
